How long until my website is ready?
It depends on the plan and the material you already have. A Landing Page is usually ready within a few business days after the content is approved; the Full Website timeline is agreed in the quote, based on the number of sections.
What do I need to send to get started?
The basics: your logo (if you have one), copy or a rough draft of what you want to say, photos of your business and your contact details. The configuration you build in the customizer already covers a lot — colors, style and sections reach us ready.
Does the website work well on phones?
Yes — it's designed for mobile first, which is how most customers arrive, and then adapted for bigger screens.
Are hosting and domain included?
Hosting is included, with no monthly fee. The domain (your www address) is registered in your own name with a standard registrar, renewing yearly for around $15 — paid by you, no markup from us. We guide you through the whole process.
Can I request changes later?
During development, revisions are part of the process at no extra cost. After launch, you can subscribe to the Maintenance plan ($49.90/quarter) or request one-off changes on demand — just message us on WhatsApp.
How does payment work?
Payment is agreed in the quote. We accept card, Wise for international clients, and a deposit + delivery option (half to start, half on delivery). You only commit after seeing the preview and approving the terms.
