How many times is the same information typed in your company?
An order arrives on WhatsApp and gets copied into the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet gets re-entered into the system. A report only one person knows how to build. When a company grows, the process rarely grows with it — it turns into rework.
This page is about custom software, not about brochure websites.
Where this usually shows up
If two or more of these sound familiar, it's worth a conversation.
The same information in several places
The data is born in a form, a WhatsApp message or on paper, and someone has to repeat it in the spreadsheet, in the system and on the site. Every repetition costs time and adds a chance of error.
Tools that don't talk to each other
What's in the spreadsheet never reaches the system. What's in the system never shows on the site. Today the bridge between them is a person.
A process that lives in someone's head
There's a sequence of steps that always works, but it isn't written down anywhere — and it stalls when that person is away.
Prospecting done one by one, by hand
Finding who might buy, organising the list and sending the first message eats the hours that should go into selling.
What we do about it
We don't replace what already works. We start from what exists and connect the ends.
One place to fill in
You enter the information once and it arrives on its own wherever it needs to be: spreadsheet, system, database, website. The rework ends because the repeated typing stops existing.
Integration between what you already use
We connect tools that don't speak to each other today, instead of asking you to drop everything and start over. The rule is to reuse, not replace.
Process automation
The step-by-step that today depends on someone remembering starts happening on its own, in the right order, with a record of what was done.
Automated prospecting
Finding potential customers, organising the list and sending the first contact stops being manual work.
How we know it works
We built this for ourselves first
The automation we offer came out of our own problem: we were typing the same thing in different places. Today we fill it in once and the information reaches the spreadsheets, the databases and the site on its own. Our prospecting runs the same way.
The case we know best is our own
Two spreadsheets and two sites, with the same ideas and the same blocks filled into each one, one by one. It took two people to keep that up to date.
Today it's one person, filling it in once.
2 → 1
people for the same task
We are a new company in this service and we'd rather say so than invent a customer story. What we show you in a conversation is what is running here, working.
The website customiser on this site, with live preview, is ours too. You can try it right now, in this tab.

No commitment on the first step, and no payment before you see what's coming.
- 1
A short conversation
We get in touch to understand whether this makes sense for both sides. If it doesn't, we say so.
- 2
Online meeting
We look at your process as it is today and where it's stalling. This is where what can and can't be automated becomes clear.
- 3
In-person meeting
We present the scope face to face, with a contract and documents. We only sign after you understand exactly what will be delivered.
- 4
Half now, half on delivery
You pay 50% on signing, when the work begins, and the other 50% only on delivery. Which means: you see the work running before paying in full.
And how much does it cost?
There's no honest number to put on this page, because the price depends on what already exists in your company. A process that only needs a bridge between two tools doesn't cost the same as an entire system. The value is defined after the diagnosis, in writing, and you decide with it in hand.
Worth a conversation?
Tell me in two lines what is done by hand in your company today. If it isn't a case for software, I'll say so — and the conversation ends at no cost.
